Passion Fruit Tart

Since we introduced this dessert,
This recipe has become one of the most requested.

For the Base
200 grams of butter
½ cup powdered sugar
1 Egg Whites
C-radita ½ vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
½ cup rolled oats

Beat butter and sugar together until sugar has dissolved. Add the egg white and vanilla. After wrapping the flour and oats. Mix well. Tighten to a mold of 12 X 26 cm).

Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 170 C. Bake in preheated oven for about 20 minutes.

Note: The dough is left over can be stored under refrigeration and then to use it, only left at room temperature before using.

For the filling
2 1/2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin
3 tablespoons water
8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 egg yolks
¼ cup milk
1 ¼ cup heavy cream - whipped about to shake
½ cup passion fruit juice

Dissolve gelatin in water. Mix well and leave to the side.
Beat the cream cheese and sugar until blended, then add the egg yolks, milk and gelatin mixture. Beat until well smooth.
Wrapping the whipped cream slowly to the mixture. Pouring over the mass. Refrigerate at least 3 hours.

To the deck
½ cup water
1/2 cup passion fruit
1 c-rita unflavored gelatin powder
sugar to taste
2 tablespoons passion fruit seed for each Pyrex.

Dissolve gelatin, heat all until it has boiled, let it cool a bit and put on the cake. Leave to cool for 10 to 25 minutes.

Papaya Mousse
light and healthy dessert

BLENDING
1 ½ pound of papaya, peeled, seeded, diced
½ cup sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 pinch of salt
1 cup fresh orange juice
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Combine in a saucepan the sugar, cornstarch and salt.
Add the orange juice.
Add the mashed papaya and lemon juice.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture species. Allow to cool. Refrigerate.

To serve, fill glasses and garnish with individual ball papaya and mint leaves.

 

Banana Tempura

4 bananas cut in half and then along at 4 to give a total of 16 fingers

Cream
¼ cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
pinch of salt
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 egg
6 tablespoons water

Everything is mixed.

Bananas are wrapped in cream.

Fry the pieces wrapped in banana cream 1 1/2 cup aceitea 375 F until golden brown. Serve with ice cream taste.
