It all started when we realized that by paying attention to our breath, we connect with ourselves and with the moment. Our minds become quiet noisy for a while and feel renewed. These rotulitos remind us that we must take a few seconds in the middle of our hectic to be present with the moment we met.

We recall that our breathing is always with us. We need only take 1 minute to breathe slowly and deeply and feel an immediate relaxation.
We practice.
Sit upright with your back, neck and back of your head in a straight line. Relax your men. Take them back slightly to open the chest. In that position, you can breathe easier.
Now, relax your abdomen. Inhale deeply and take that breath to your belly. Feel your belly goes out as if blowing up a balloon. Exhale and relax the abdomen. Notice how the navel is to your back, deflating the balloon.
Repeat 5 times. Smile. All is well. We have found a nice gift to ourselves.

Oil No-Trans, and do not use Ajinomoto
Another healthy note: recently changed the vegetable oil used for frying taco Chinese Cha Gio rolls, tempura banana and other menu items. Now we use 100% vegetable oil which in turn is trans fat free, provided by the company Inolasa. The oil with trans fat lowers the "good" cholesterol (HDL) and raise "bad" (LDL), increasing the risk of atherosclerosis. For this reason, Neuva York City took the measure to prohibit the use of oils with this type of fat in all restaurants of the city. Although the city of San Jose has not passed such a ban, we are taking the initiative to follow in the footsteps of the restaurants in New York.

Organic Vegetables
The Tin Jo try to offer healthier food we can. So when can we use organic vegetables. To date, there has not been possible to use only organic vegetables, lack of a supplier that could meet our demand.
Previously worked with the Alternative Trade company, which unfortunately no longer works. Recently, we started a relationship with the company Oro Verde, which has certified to the certifying organization BCS Öko-Garantie.
Yet we only use organic vegetables, but often have the following organic vegetables: spinach, cilantro, spinach, sweet chile, parsley, Boston lettuce, broccoli, and chives.

Tin Jo Move and Relax

Many of you have told us they are happy to see our staff always in a good mood. What they do to make them happy? We ask.
For starters, when recruited, they submit to a test by connecting to a "Gratitutud Meter." They must score at least 5. That is, at least 5 times a day have to consciously give thanks for something.
This to begin with, then submit them to workshops, relaxation, breathing and massage as this we have just received a week ago. This workshop gave us Ligia Salazar who taught us to breathe slowly and deeply, to relax touching acupuncture points on the head, arms and hands (acupressure) and stretching, and massage each other to give us a stick of bamboo. The exercises were very simple, easy to follow and are inspired by the movements of Tai Chi and Yoga.
It was delicious! A gift for our bodies and minds. Every morning, rotation, a team member, conducts our meetings Durantes exercises daily 11:20 am.
