The course THE YOGA OF BREATH offers practices that demonstrate the natural healing power of breathing. The exercises strengthen and restore basic health and enhance the flourishing of one's potential.

We all want more love, more happiness and more health, but without the means to remove the physical and emotional stress placed on the mind and body, these qualities can not fully develop. Breathing and emotions are intimately linked. Breathing can be used in such a way that outputs stress and negative emotions that have been deposited on the inside. Through breathing practices can also energize the body.
Sudarshan Kriya is a practice that is taught in the course THE YOGA OF BREATH, produces a deep calm in the mind as every cell of the body is oxygenated and enlivened with energy.

Wear loose clothing is required, a pillow, a quilt or mat and water from day one.

It was an eventful family activity. There were Kids Yoga, Breathing and Meditation Workshops, Parades, Vegetarian Festival, Ayurvedic Food, Vermiculture, Poetry Recital and to end a concert by Manuel Obregón.

This 1st Fair is being done to benefit the School in Tirrases August 15 Curridabat which has 1,300 children. In addition to courses for children, parents and teachers to release tension, instilling a sense of belonging and encourage human values, are committed to build them health services and start rebuilding the grid.

For this activity, the Foundation invited 10 restaurants to submit their favorite dishes vegetarian in order to disseminate and promote the benefits of vegetarian food. We are honored and full of gratitude for being invited to this event full of fun and good intentions.

The 2 dishes that were taken:

Indian curry with vegetables
1st place in the category of special dish

(The judges loved the idea so common with vegetables such as potatoes, carrots and tomatoes, could create a dish as exotic and full of flavor.)

Passion Fruit Tart
1st place in the category of dessert
