Introducing Pan Shi and Dragon Bones Otto Apuy


It is a pleasure to open our space in the Bamboo Lounge Otto.

Otto is known to many of us as eclectic painter, sculptor, naturalist, but few know that it is also a writer. On this occasion, Otto will present his latest book, the novel "Shi Pan and The Bones of the Dragon"

Reception: Wine and Chai Tea

Followed the reception, there will be a dinner with a default menu for everyone to share.

Cold Tea Tin Jo, (Jasmine and Passion Fruit, Spearmint and Tamarindo, Basil and Lemon, Ginger and Lemon Zacate)

transparent noodle salad with peanuts and herbs, chicken and shrimp

Samosas
Indian dumplings with tamarind chutney

They serve all of the following dishes to share

Krapao Pad Beef with basil and mini vegetables

Kung Pao Chicken with cashew nuts in basket tiquizque

Ayotitos croaker Curry with Coconut milk

Tempura banana with vanilla ice cream

or passion fruit tart

or Indian rice pudding with nuts, raisins and spices

$ 25 per person.
