There are plenty of delicious dishes that are gluten free.
It is most fortunate that Asian cuisine is based primarily on rice, vegetables and protein. Very few foods are actually made with wheat, rye, or barley. Our main concern is to make sure that there are no hidden gluten in sauces or condiments. And we are happy to report that we use a gluten free soy sauce which does not use wheat iin itsuses wheat in its fermentation process)
