Location

Restaurante Tin-Jo is located in downtown San José on Calle 11, between Avenidas 6 and 8.
We are within easy walking distance of many museums and theaters, including the National Museum (5 blocks), the Gold Museum (8 blocks), the National Theater (8 blocks), the Melico Salazar Theater (9 blocks), Teatro Lucho Barahona (25 steps), and Teatro Torres (1 block).

For those familiar with San José if you are driving from the west, just head straight up Avenida 10 until you pass Feraguilar (the ceramic tile place). Turn left at the next corner (Calle 11), and we’re a block and half up on the left. While on-street parking is not permitted during the day, there are several parking lots in the immediate vicinity. The Parqueo Musical on Avenida 6 will honor your parking ticket with a Tin-Jo stamp.  In the evenings and weekends, on-street parking is available, with an independent ‘guard’ at your service.
